Lord of the Rings: Conquest is an action adventure game in which players experience battles from all three Lord of the Rings films. From a third-person perspective, players can engage in sword fighting, archery, and melee combat against various ents, trolls, and orcs. Damage is indicated by a depleting life bar and various 'yelps' can be heard when characters are hit. Expletives such as "hell" are occasionally used in dialogue.
