Crash: Mind Over Mutants is a side-scrolling action game in which players assume the role of Crash Bandicoot as he battles the evil forces of Dr. Neo Cortex. Players mostly traverse through different platforms, battling a variety of mutant creatures with bouncing, spinning, and punching attacks. Creatures usually 'yelp' when they get hit, then quickly disappear when defeated. One 'fodder' enemy will emit a loud belch when attacking.
