Rating Summary
This is a simulation game in which players assume the role of a newly-hired paramedic who responds to a variety of medical emergencies. Players diagnose and treat patients who have suffered serious injuries/illnesses, including lacerations, impalement, gunshot wounds, heart attacks, and burns. Several victims have red cuts and gashes on their bodies, while one person is depicted with open wounds on his wrists from a botched suicide attempt. Some emergency cases make references to patients being drunk, and alcohol is occasionally discussed in the dialogue (e.g., "Tell you over a few beers.")
