This is a role-playing game (RPG) in which players assume the role of a high school student who attempts to make friends, date boys, and attend the school prom. Players begin the game by customizing a female character's face, hair, and clothes. A loading screen sometimes offers the advice that "Boys will like you more if you wear clothes they like." Players frequently interact with friends and flirt with boys by selecting dialogue choices in the game's conversational system. Players and peers sometimes make suggestive comments such as "Maybe they're staring because you're so cute," "Just shut up and kiss me," and "Girl, you look hot." Some scenes depict schoolmates playing pranks on each other (e.g., rigging water fountains to burst) or colliding with characters on an ice rink. During one extended sequence, a boy stands outside a restroom wearing boxer shorts as the player character comments, "Your basketball shorts smell pretty bad."
