This is a boxing simulation game in which players can fight boxers from the past and present in regulation-style matches. Players follow the standard rules of boxing as they hit opponents with a series of head and upper-body shots. As with real-life boxing, the game includes constant punches that are thrown to score points. However, knockout punches are replayed in slow motion with crunching sound effects, rippling of the face, and spurts of blood. Ring card girls are depicted in tight clothing or bikinis, and the camera occasionally lingers on their chests or behinds. Catcall whistles can also be heard as the women walk around the ring. Some song lyrics contain references to drugs (e.g., "the pre-crack era") and violence (e.g., "My closest homies each, got popped up and shot up").
