Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2

This is an action game featuring characters and events from the Marvel Comics series. Players select a superhero and run through cities to eliminate hordes of villains and thugs. Players mostly employ hand-to-hand combat (e.g., punches and kicks) and superpowers (e.g., ice beams and lightning strikes) to defeat enemies, while villains often use machine guns, flamethrowers, or projectiles to harm players. During one sequence, the player can take over a machine gun turret and attack enemies on the ground. Frequent gunfire, explosions, and cries of pain highlight the frenetic combat. Some expletives (e.g., "dammit" and "hell") appear in the dialogue.
