The Warriors: Street Brawl

This is a 3D, side-scrolling fighting game in which players battle their way through rival gangs' turf in New York City. Players frequently punch, kick, or use weapons (knives, wrenches, pipes, bats, etc.) to attack enemies that grunt or cry out in pain. The hand-to-hand combat is frenetic and is accompanied by realistic punching and impact sounds from weapons. Players have the ability to whack thugs in the face as they are lying on the ground in order to empty their life meters. In one still-image cutscene, a man is shot in the chest, and a brief splash of blood is depicted near his back. Some expletives (e.g., "goddamnit" and "hell") appear in the dialogue.
