This is an action game in which players control a medieval hero named Romulus who battles knights, wild boars, and other enemies across a battlefield. Players use swords, giant scythes, and other over-the-top weapons to kill enemies while infiltrating castles and fortresses. Players can use zombies as shields or as projectile weapons, often resulting in their being smashed apart into a pile of limbs and red blood. In one sequence, zombies are crushed by a gate that they are trying to pull down, leaving them dismembered, decapitated, and very bloody. Some female characters wear outfits that expose deep cleavage, and one character's breasts jiggle as she walks. Characters sometimes use profanity (e.g., "f*ck," "sh*t," and "b*tch") in the dialogue.
