Rating Summary
Players control "ninja turtles" that punch and kick thugs, bad guys, and other human miscreants in this "beat-em-up" action game. Players also use samurai weapons (staffs and swords) and tag-team "melee" attacks while battling through New York City streets. When enemies are hit, a cartoonish flash appears on-screen, and the opponents either blink, fall down, or fly backwards. One comic book-style story panel depicts street thugs robbing a woman at knifepoint.
