Rating Summary
This is an action role-playing game in which players control a group of adventurers sent on a mission to investigate an unearthed shrine. From a ¾-overhead perspective, players explore towns, chat with various figures, and battle enemies as they progress through the storyline. Combat is in real time, with characters using swords, giant hammers, and magic spells to kill human foes and fantasy creatures (e.g, giant spiders, will-o-wisps, dinosaurs). Cutscenes depict the beating of a character in chains, and several bodies lying in small pools of blood. The words "a*s" and "bastard" appear in the dialogue.
