This is an action game in which players assume the role of a martial artist (Kenshiro) who must fend off rebel gangs in a post-apocalyptic battlefield. Players "hack-and-slash" human enemies by using weapons such as clubs, axes, spears, and spikes. Players have the ability to use Kenshiro's signature move on enemies—a flurry of intense punches that triggers a breakdown of internal organs and death. Gang members react to damage by screaming in pain and flailing or flinging back. Blood-splatter effects also occur during the frenetic combat; pools of blood also appear under bodies on the battlefield. Some female characters wear revealing outfits that expose large portions of cleavage and buttocks. In one sequence, a female character (viewed from behind) crawls slowly on the ground in a thong-like outfit. Language such as "sh*t" and "b*tch" can be heard in the dialogue.
