This is a racing simulation game in which players assume the role of a big-rig trucker transporting loads of cargo across California roadways. Players can follow a storyline involving stolen cargo, murder, and illegal drug labs. Characters are sometimes shown firing handguns, driving cars into police vehicles, or launching missiles at trucks. The game includes fictional radio stations and programs, including a "shock jock"-style show that features sexual references intended to be humorous; for example, ". . . half the stuff at the museums that give you a hard-*n," "We all know you want to get behind Alistair," "I don't swing that way! You know I love the ladies!" and "So how is that anything like rape? . . . Most rapists get home safe too." Talk show hosts and other characters sometimes reference drugs (e.g., "the production and distribution of a powerful new synthetic hallucinogen," "warm, cheap, with lots of drugs and loose women" and "you would know where to move 20 million dollars worth of drugs?" There are also several references to alcohol and drunk driving (e.g., "A drunk-driving teenager in Merced kills four at a street fair," "Those drunk driving bastards!" "In fact, maybe he should just drink and drive some more"). The word "sh*t" can also be heard in the game.
