Spider-Man™ : Edge of Time

This is an action-adventure game based on characters from the Spider-Man franchise. Players assume the role of Spider-Man from two distinct timelines as he attempts to stop an evil scientist from altering the future. Players punch, kick, and use web-based weapons to defeat enemies (e.g., gun-wielding thugs, robots, mutants, cyborgs) in melee-style combat. The hand-to-hand combat is somewhat frenetic, and some sequences are highlighted by slow-motion effects. In one cutscene, Spider-Man is temporarily impaled by a monster's tentacles as he fights to free himself. A handful of female characters are dressed in form-fitting bodysuits that reveal large amounts of cleavage; some of the dialogue includes suggestive remarks (e.g., “You're just sloppy seconds,” “I'm feeling frisky,” “Ooo, smack me around, big boy,” and “Stay on top of him, and not in a fun way!”). The words “p*ss off,” “damn,” and “hell” can be heard in dialogue.
