inviZimals: Shadow Zone

This is an action-fighting game in which players utilize various hunting techniques to collect fantastical creatures called “inviZimals.” Once captured, players can use their inviZimal's elemental (fire, poison, ice, water) and physical attacks (e.g., slashing with claws, spitting fire, shooting small projectiles) to engage in one-on-one battles with other characters. Matches are highlighted by swooshing and slashing sounds, colorful explosions, and yelps from each creature; opponents fall to the ground when their health meters are depleted. The game also contains live-action cutscenes in which real actors sometimes push and shove each other, or get dragged away screaming. One dragon-like inviZimal emits a slimy substance that covers players' screen; another camel-like creature spits green goo at its opponents.
