Marvel Super Hero Squad: Comic Combat

This is an action-puzzle game in which players guide miniature Marvel Comics characters through maze-like levels to defeat super-villains. From a top-down view, players solve puzzles by moving their heroes to initiate attacks (e.g., punching, kicking, zapping with electricity and/or lasers) against waves of “cartoony” robots. The somewhat frenetic battles are accompanied by crashing sounds, comical exclamations, and comic book–style impact bubbles (“Zap!” and “Pow!”); robots break apart amid small explosions when defeated.
