Rating Summary
This is a fitness training game in which players execute self-defense strategies derived from boxing and martial arts. Players earn points by accurately performing timed punches, kicks, and twisting moves with on-screen avatars; workout exercises are generally accompanied by vocal encouragement (e.g., “Aim an uppercut at his throat,” “Give him a kick to the genitals”). Some instructional videos also depict brief attack scenarios (e.g., a woman being choked by an assailant). In one testimonial sequence, the instructor cites statistics to emphasize her point: “One out of every four college women surveyed has been raped or assaulted . . . in my early college years, I was actually physically assaulted.”
