Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games™

This is a collection of sports-themed games in which players compete with Mario, Sonic, and their friends at the London 2012 Olympic Games. Players engage in multiplayer mini-games and Olympic sports (e.g., swimming, track) to earn points or win medals. Some contact sports, such as judo, taekwondo, wrestling, and boxing, allow players to follow on-screen prompts to trigger combat moves (e.g., hip sweeps, spin kicks, “knockouts”). The "cartoony" matches are accompanied by thumping/punching sounds, grunts, and colorful light effects.
