Rating Summary
This is a compilation of games based on characters from the Kirby franchise. Players assume the role of Kirby, a small spherical creature that must save Dream Land from trouble-making enemies. Kirby defeats nearby enemies by swallowing them, spitting projectiles at them (e.g., fireballs, laser beams), or smacking them with swords and hammers. One boss character (a giant eyeball) fires red droplets at Kirby; additional red-damage effects appear as its health decreases. Animated cutscenes also depict “cartoony” acts of violence (e.g., a minion getting temporarily lit on fire; a monster getting sliced in half by a beam of light).
