Fabled Legends: The Dark Piper

This is a hidden-object adventure game in which players must save a town from an evil piper's mysterious powers. Players solve puzzles and collect inventory items to advance the narrative, which contains some dark thematic elements and depictions (e.g., slumped-over corpses; scattered skeleton bones; dialogue pertaining to characters' deaths). Some sequences include brief acts of violence: men killed by a swarm of rats; a villain hit in the head with a rock; a man succumbing to a fiery explosion. Various scenes depict characters with bloody cuts and scrapes (i.e., rat bites) on their bodies. During the course of the game, one puzzle requires players to collect a “bucket of alcohol” in order to progress; some sequences also include cigars as collectable objects.
