Rating Summary
This is an adventure game based on characters from the animated movie Planes. Players pilot a variety of planes to complete mission tasks and objectives (e.g., rescuing characters, destroying icebergs, lighting torches). Some missions require players to use a crosshair target to fire “cartoony” gadgets (e.g., sonic ice breakers and cannons) at targets that disappear amid bursts of light and mild explosions. In one racing-game mode, players use special power-ups (e.g., tornados, lightning storms, boom boxes) to slow down opponents in the sky; planes spin in the air when hit.
