Rating Summary
This is an action-adventure game, based on the Spongebob Squarepants franchise, in which players attempt to stop Plankton from stealing a secret recipe. From a top-down viewpoint, players traverse underwater levels using swat attacks and “cartoony” gadgets (e.g., pickle blasters, reef blower, neptuning fork) to defeat small robot and larger boss enemies. Enemies disappear amid small puffs of smoke and collectible sprockets when defeated.
