Rating Summary
Players learn to make potions and cast spells in this activity game set in the Harry Potter universe. Throughout the game, players gather ingredients, assemble concoctions, and interact with stories about the life of a famous potion master. Players are occasionally tasked with using a magic wand to stun animals, fairies, or trolls. Stunned creatures are shown stumbling off screen after being hit by beams of light. Players must chop, squeeze, and/or grind a number of ingredients for their potions; ingredients are occasionally obtained from creatures that must be crushed with a mortar and pestle to obtain their “juice;” green splashes are emitted and collected during this process. Mucus is obtained from the worms by squeezing them until green fluids emerge. One story sequence depicts a character tossing “dung bombs” at figures in nearby boats. Another story briefly depicts small fairy-like creatures as “flatulent,” with green gas clouds emitting from their backsides.
