Rating Summary
This is a role-playing game in which players collect and train dinosaur-like creatures (i.e., vivosaurs). As players dig up fossils and progress through the storyline, they engage in turn-based combat against other trainers. Players use bites, tackles, and tail bashes to deplete opponents' hit points; combat is accompanied by impact sounds and colorful light effects. Cutscenes include violent references (e.g., “I shall cleave you in twain and dance about your steaming corpse!”) and brief depictions of violence (e.g., a young girl knocked unconscious after an attack by a villain.). The game includes instances of crude humor/bathroom humor, usually in dialogue: “I guess it is a mite weird to start talking about dropping fossils with a person you just met, huh?”; “It's like farting”; “It's like a geyser backed up in my pants. I hope I don't wet myself.”
