Odin Sphere Leifthrasir

This is an action role-playing game in which players follow the stories of five characters as they vie for a magical artifact. Players control each character through side-scrolling levels of hack-and-slash combat using spears, swords, and chained crystal blades. In addition to melee combat, characters can use potions and magical special moves to attack human and fantasy creatures (e.g., imps, fairies, demons, ghosts). A handful of cutscenes depict corpses strewn on the battlefield; small blood stains appear on the ground and on in-game documents. Some human-like characters in the game are depicted topless, with fabric barely covering their breasts; other fantastical creatures are briefly depicted with exposed breasts. During the course of the game, a boss character frequently drinks alcohol from a horn; the character also forces the liquid down the player-character's throat, causing damage. The word “bastard” appears in the dialogue.
