Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth

This is a point-and-click adventure game in which players follow the characters and events from the novel of the same name. Players explore environments and interact with characters to influence the progression of the story. A handful of scenes depict brief instances of violence: a man stabbed through the chest with a spear; a man's throat getting slit, as blood splashes appear. Blood is also depicted in a childbirth scene (no nudity shown), and during a hunting sequence. The game includes some sexual material in the dialogue (e.g.,“I will f**k Bartholomew's wh*re of a daughter. I will f**k her good.”); one scene depicts a still image of a man grabbing a woman by the shoulders, accompanied by the text “He shoved his right hand under her skirt.”
