Rating Summary
This is an action-horror game, based on the Friday the 13th movie franchise, in which players engage in multiplayer matches as either Jason Voorhees or one of several camp counselors. As Jason, players can use a variety of weapons (e.g., spears, machetes, axes) to kill counselors running and hiding throughout a camp ground. Counselors may also protect themselves with shotguns, knives, and bear traps to momentarily stun and/or distract Jason. Large sprays of blood are shown when characters are attacked and killed. When wounded victims are caught, Jason can perform dramatic finishing attacks depicting intense acts of violence: impaling a character in the head with a spear; chopping a person's head off with an ax; using a machete to slash off a victim's limbs. Some of the female counselors wear outfits that reveal deep cleavage and/or large portions of their buttocks; a loading screen depicts a murdered couple half-nude, on top of each other in bed. The words “f**k” and “sh*t” are heard in the dialogue.
