Agony

This is a first-person survival-horror game in which players assume the role of a tormented soul navigating the depths of hell. As players explore hostile environments, they can interact with demons and other lost souls while defending themselves from fantastical entities. After giving chase, demons attack players by punching or throwing them. Players are able to possess certain demons, giving them the ability to rip the hearts out of souls or to stab them with torches. A handful of scenes allow players to crush child-like creatures between bricks or by stomping on their heads. One sequence depicts a demon ripping the arms off and biting the head off a lost soul. Blood and viscera appear frequently, with several areas containing impaled characters, flayed bodies or organs, and mutilated corpses. The game includes sexual material and nudity: female and male demons/souls depicted nude or wearing ragged clothes, with mostly realistic breasts and genitals (female demons' genitals are not fully rendered); demons engaged in sexual activity (e.g., caressing, touching their chests, briefly engaging in oral sex in the background—the act is partially obscured); the player's character having intercourse (partially obscured) with female demons from a first-person perspective—some of these sexual acts are highlighted by moaning and partial/full-frontal nudity. The words “f**k,” “c*nt,” and “c*ck” appear in the dialogue.
