DOOM 3

This is a first-person shooter in which players assume the role of a marine battling a demonic invasion at a Mars base. Players use pistols, machine guns, shotguns, grenade/rocket launchers, and chainsaws to kill mutants and demonic creatures. Combat is frenetic, accompanied by cries of pain, realistic gunfire, and large explosions. Some attacks result in dismemberment and decapitation, accompanied by large blood-splatter effects. A handful of enemies are depicted with exposed organs/viscera, and some environments depict large blood stains and severed body parts. The words “f**k” and “sh*t” appear in the dialogue.
