Rating Summary
This is a racing game in which players can choose various characters and vehicles to engage in whimsical race events. During races, players can collect and use power-ups (e.g., rockets, oversized dodgeballs, oil slicks) against opponents, causing them to spin out/fly out of their vehicles. Small explosions with screen-shaking effects sometimes occur. One racing character is depicted with a cigar in his mouth.
