Ys X: Nordics

This is an action role-playing game in which players assume the roles of adventurers attempting to save characters from immortal monsters. From a third-person perspective, players explore towns, interact with characters, complete quests, and battle human and fantastical enemies (e.g., pirates, dog-like creatures). Players use swords, shields, and axes to defeat enemies in melee-style combat. Battles are highlighted by impact sounds, cries of pain, and blood-splatter effects. Cutscenes depict further instances of violence and/or blood: a lightning attack used to defeat multiple enemies; an injured character with blood on their clothing/body. The words “sh*t” and “a*shole” appear in the game.
