Freedom Planet 2

This is an action-platformer in which players follow Lilac the Dragon and her friends as they try to find the cause of a robot attack. From a 2D side-scrolling perspective, players attack robots, using a hair-whip move, dash attacks, and bursts of energy. Boss battles involve more frenetic combat and fantastical weapons (e.g., laser blasters, guns that shoot oversized bullets, swords). Fighting is highlighted by explosions and fantastical gunfire. The game text sometimes alludes to/references alcohol (e.g., "snake wine," "stiff drink," “gin pom pom”).
