This is a "roguelite" role-playing game in which players assume the role of a video-game tester (Sayaka Hiwatari) with amnesia. From a top-down perspective, players battle monsters, a cult, and menacing fantasy creatures while exploring 2D dungeons. Several cutscenes depict more impactful instances of violence and blood, usually in still images: a giant insect biting off a woman's arm; two figures impaled by a sword; a figure electrocuted repeatedly on a glowing chair; a severed arm amid large blood-splatter effects; a character's tongue bit off (not depicted), accompanied by screams and blood splatter on the screen. Several female characters are depicted wearing low-cut outfits that reveal large amounts of cleavage; some cutscenes depict characters with torn clothing and/or in suggestive poses (e.g., bending on all fours). The words “f**k” and “sh*t” appear in the game.
